Vintage Factory Prismatic Glass Pendant Light

This vintage pendant light is made from a 1950s glass factory light, refreshed and paired with a new 6 foot, fabric covered swag cord (new with a classic look) plus a heavy duty ceiling canopy.
This pendant combines a modern esthetic with elegant, art deco styled prismatic glass. The combination of both modern and classical styling means it compliments any interior space, be it modern, classical or contemporary.
The cut of the glass was originally designed for industry; the mirrored glass prisms provide an even spread of light making this pendant perfect for task lighting.
I was careful to retain the original "union made" sticker with serial number while cleaning and touching up the paint, adding to its authenticity. There are a few slight imperfections in the paint and mirroring, because the glass shade is decades old.
The cord can be shortened as needed, or hung offset from the service box with an upgraded swag hook.
